International orders do not qualify for free returns and exchanges. Duties, taxes and shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. If your package is sent to us 'collect', it will be refused and returned to you.

RULES & REGULATIONS
All Alterprox products are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item* can be returned for a refund or exchange (with the exception of items marked "final sale," which are not eligible for return or exchange). The item must have been purchased from alterprox.com. Items must be returned in their original condition. If used items are returned, a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit. Items marked as final sale do not quality for returns or exchanges.
Ways to Return/Exchange
You can return or exchange any time during your 30 days You'll need to pack your items and put our labels , in its original package , Your refund or exchange will be initiated 7 days from the time it has been initiated upon completion of your transaction. A store associate will be able to assist you with this process. Your refund and your exchanges are free. you qualify for free returns within the United States.

As a note, if you select an exchange, but the item sells out before your return is finalized, the exchange will instead default to a refund.
